Simply Amazing
I literally cannot put into words how amazing the artwork of my kitty who very recently passed away is. It looks just like her and brought tears to my eyes when I opened my package. Your artists are so talented and thank you for creating something so special for me that I will cherish forever.

Perfect Tribute to our Pet
The portrait came out perfect. Unfortunately our family pet passed away and this was a great way to honor him. Order process was easy and fast delivery time. Only thing I could suggest is a preview of the portrait prior to shipping in case someone would like to change the photo they submitted. Ours came out perfect but just a suggestion to avoid any being returned.

Very disappointed with the image.
Very disappointed with the image that arrived, we have a fairly large dog and the image they sent is relatively small, and the coloring was off. Contacted customer service and they were quick to reply. They asked me to send back what was wrong and so on, haven’t heard from them since and I sent multiple follow up emails. We found other retailers who offer the same product at a much lower price and the quality is amazing.

Puppy Portrait
We were thrilled to receive the portrait we ordered to have done of our puppy, Cooper. The colouring of his fur and likeness to the photo we sent is very well done. We can’t wait to receive the iPhone case that was also ordered.

The pictures came out great
The pictures came out great, but I wish I could have seen the pictures before it was finished. I wanted to change something. I had requested this but receive no response.

Proof every detail of your order!!
I purchased a portrait and when i got my confirmation email it stated the background color was not the one i chose. so i reached out to company and they said they couldn’t make changes after 30 min of placing the order. it took them 4 days to respond to my emails and my problem wasn’t a change in mind of color but it was simply an error in their system. they still told me they couldn’t do anything. they have a 60 day client satisfaction guarantee and they are not holding their end up with that as they have ignored my emails about this matter. i spent a lot of money on this and they pretty much said tough, so definitely proof everything before purchasing because they won’t do anything about it, just take your money.
