If you believe that any content on MyAllow.com (including reviews, images, text, or other materials) infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent. We will review and act on valid notices expeditiously.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

To file a valid DMCA notice, your written notification must include all of the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of a person authorized to act on your behalf).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list).
  • Identification of the specific material on MyAllow.com that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., direct URL, review ID, or precise description).
  • Your full contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Send your DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Subject line recommendation: DMCA Notice – Copyright Infringement Claim

Only notices that fully comply with Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA will be considered effective. Incomplete notices may delay or prevent processing.

Important warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability, including damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content (e.g., a review, image, or comment) was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.

Your Counter Notice must include at least the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Your full contact information (name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (e.g., URL or review ID).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Send your Counter Notice to: [email protected] (Subject: DMCA Counter-Notice).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

Repeat Infringers

MyAllow.com may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly accused of infringement.
