I have always liked SHEIN until I…
I have always liked SHEIN until I received a wrong item in my order. They wanted me to pay to ship back a $13 dollar item and then get reimbursed, why? It would cost me more to ship it back it to them. The merchant shipped me the wrong color , they should have just shipped the correct item with a return label for the incorrect item. Im not buying from them anymore! Terrible customer support!

There may be fraudulent stores in Shein
I bought three items and only received two. This items showed as delivered. Contacted UPS and told me they needed additional documentation from sender and for my contacting sender. Tried contacting sender and Shein website said the store is closed. After weeks of trying to solve this to get my purchase, customer service told me too much time has passed and that they cannot do anything. Beware when purchasing from Shein as there may be some fraudulent stores in it

Shein is good but as well some of there clothing and the material is not good i dont know but it feels like cheap silk or something although they delivery time is faster than temu overall they are OK but they need to at least have coupons and not the ones that you half to become a vip member to get also you half to do much to receive a free gift not good at all!!!

Refund confirmed internally, never received – even senior staff refused to act
SHEIN confirmed that my refund was “successfully processed”, yet no payment was ever received.When I asked for proof that the money was actually sent, I only received repeated automated responses and was told that no further action could be taken.I explicitly requested to speak to a real person.A senior customer service agent responded, acknowledged my frustration, and confirmed she understood that I never received the refund; yet still stated that nothing further would be done.Despite confirming receipt of the returned items, SHEIN closed the case without resolving the missing payment or providing verifiable proof of an outgoing transaction.This review is not about the amount, but about how refunds are handled: internal confirmation without transparency, followed by refusal to act; even at senior level.1-18-2026 (reaction to reply SHEIN): Thank you for your public response.However, this contradicts your private email in which SHEIN stated: “We can no longer offer any solution.”I also followed the steps provided via the SHEIN app. The result was the same automated reply, with no proof of payment and no resolution.Can SHEIN confirm whether this case is still being actively handled, or if it has been closed without resolution?

Shein: A Masterclass in Gaslighting and Consumer Negligence
UPDATE 20 JANUARY 2026​The situation has deteriorated further as SHEIN continues to use circular and automated responses to avoid accountability. A senior representative named Jinling requested an unpacking video, which is a deliberate attempt to ignore my previous evidence showing that the original sealed bag was tampered with and repacked into a box during transit. Most recently, an agent named Frank has simply reverted to the original scripted claim that nothing is missing.Dont be fooled by their "public" replies on this platform. They post polite responses on Trustpilot to project an image of being helpful to potential customers, yet behind the scenes in the actual support tickets, they continue to provide the same dead-end templates and refuse to acknowledge the evidence of tampering. It is a performative tactic designed for PR, not for actual resolution.​It is clear that their support process is designed to frustrate the consumer into giving up. I strongly advise against buying from this platform if you value your money or your sanity.----------------------------------------------It has become abundantly clear that this company prioritises automated scripts and deceptive investigation tactics over basic consumer rights and logical reasoning.​I have provided photographic evidence proving that my package arrived tampered with. While their warehouse videos show items being placed in a sealed bag, the parcel arrived at my doorstep clearly removed from the sealed bag and placed in a box. Despite this glaring discrepancy, which proves the chain of custody was broken and the items were stolen or lost during transit, SHEIN continues to hide behind a wall of internal verification.​The support agents, specifically those named Namie, Anne, and Korin, are either incapable of independent thought or are strictly instructed to gaslight customers. They repeatedly claim that no items are missing simply because they were placed in a bag hundreds of miles away, completely ignoring the fact that the bag never reached me.​It is a disgrace that a multi-billion dollar entity expects the customer to bear the financial loss for the failures of their own hired logistics providers. Their refusal to compare warehouse dispatch weights against courier delivery weights is a clear admission that they have no interest in the truth.Do not waste your money here unless you are prepared to pay for items that will never arrive and be insulted by robotic responses in the aftermath. I shall never be using this platform again.
