I have a temperamental cat with special…
I have a temperamental cat with special needs, Tim. Tim has been fired from three different boarding facilities for being too spicy. Then I found Caylei on Rover! Not only does Tim behave for her, he actually cries when I drive him home. She sends me videos of him being so sweet and loving. AND, she has the skills needed to take care of his special needs. Tim has stayed with her multiple times, now, and it has allowed me to be able to go on vacations or to out of town funerals. Without Caylei, I would not be able to do those things. She loves Tim, too. I feel so lucky and thankful that Rover allowed me to find her.

Beware of sitters on this site
This was my first time using this site and the 1st time I'd left my pet with a non-family member. Returning home and finding a prescribed medication (that didn't belong to anyone in my household) in my dog's crate was terrifying. My dog was dazed for 2 days afterwards. My worst nightmare was this...someone harming my pet. I don't know if the pet sitter (hired through this platform) intentionally medicated my animal or mistakenly dropped a pill in his crate. Either way, I'm not sure the pet-sitter was held accountable or continues to be employed through this site. I will not be using Rover again and I hope they don't just sweep what happened to my pet under the rug.

I have been so pleased with Peggy as my animal sitter. She takes good care of my dog, cat and my house. Peace of mind is what Peggy gives me when I travel because I know Simon and Tito are in good hands!
