Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company, stay away! My cat died and I canceled my membership right away, receiving confirmation that it had been canceled. They continued to charge me for months afterward and it only stopped when I wrote to customer service. Even then, they flat out refused to issue a refund.

I like how patient my vetinary person was i dint feel rushed..she seem to be checking on every i was saying and gaving proper feedback. Asking for photos, vidoes etc. I felt satisfied with the results and all my questions were answered. I only they had a clinic to take her in to.
