15-Year Member Deactivated Without Explanation
I was a member of Opinion Outpost for nearly 15 years. For most of that time, the platform worked reasonably well. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the service has declined significantly.The primary issue has been not being credited for completed surveys, particularly higher-paying ones. When this happened on surveys with larger rewards, I contacted customer support. There were many lower-paying surveys where I took the loss and moved on. Over time, however, these incidents became frequent enough to suggest a systemic problem, not isolated errors.More recently, I stopped using the site entirely. I did not take surveys and did not log into my account for a little while. When I recently attempted to log in, I received an “Incorrect Login” message. Even after resetting my password, the same error occurred.After contacting customer service, I was eventually informed that my account had been deactivated for violating Opinion Outpost’s terms or policies. I asked for a specific explanation of what terms were violated—especially given that I had not been active or logged in—but no clear answer was ever provided. They are unable or unwilling to explain how a violation occurred.This experience raises serious concerns about accountability, transparency, and fair treatment of long-term users. Terminating an account after nearly 15 years without providing evidence or a clear explanation is unacceptable. Opinion Outpost, which operates under Dynata LLC, has gone sharply downhill in recent years. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people do not waste their time on this platform and exercise caution with any survey or marketing site operated by Dynata.Fifteen years of participation ended not with respect for a loyal user, but with silence, vague accusations, and an unexplained account deactivation. That speaks volumes.Update: I received an email today, 02/13/26, that, in part, states, "I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. However, I am not able to provide specific details in relation to a case as it may compromise our internal security system processes."So, they will not provide an explanation as to what violations supposedly took place. Why? Because they can't. And this seems to be a common occurrence with users of Opinion Outpost.

Be Leary of them
I have been with the for 6 years and all of a sudden they kicked me off the site and said I did a survey wrong with no exsplanation?,,,and I thought they were a legitimate brand but what they did was wrong!!!,,so be Leary of this company. They even took my 28 dollars in points

Con merchants
Signed up, got verified, did many surveys as requested.Accrued 230 points, tried to redeem. Wouldn't let me.Contacted support (several times) and they said to re-verify.Did that and was accepted, then tried redeeming the points again. This time the account was completely locked and then shut down by support.So, work done, and reward withheld.Never again.

Don't use this site. They keep your money without giving you a concrete reason
I don't remember exactly how many points I had, but I know I had worked on surveys on this site for a number of months. My account has been suspended with no warning and no way to dispute. I have lost probably $50. This may not sound like much, but I have put much effort into answering surveys and now I have lost my money.Not a good site to join. Be warned!!

Error Code and Sign in Violation to My Account
Since October 2025, I have been locked out of my account twice. I submitted a ticket both times. After the first time, the helpdesk was no longer able to help me. I had to do extensive research to find the email for the CEO who then directed my issue to the Director, Member Service. The second time this happened was on 2-1-26 and the Director got it resolved and is currently checking to see why I was taken off what they call a whitelist. He put me back on it. This is all because of an error code I received when trying to transfer my rewards to PayPal. After that I could not sign in to Opinion Outpost and received an email stating I was in violation of just trying to sign into my own account. This is all so ridiculous. If he ever leaves his position or the company, I will not have a contact to help me out. As I stated above, the helpdesk is not very helpful. My money could be permanently locked up in the account and then I would have to take legal action. Who wants to go through all that? Think twice about using this site.
