Lootably support goes dark via email.

Lootably support seems to pick and choose who they follow up with and which users they respond to for some reason. This is not the first time that Lootably has left me out to try with an open support ticket. I initially got a response via email, but unfortunately the "copy support ID" button in the app was not working and I could not give them my support ID. I attached screenshots as requested and a screen recording showing them the copy support ID button was malfunctioning. After this, they went dark. I sent an email about a week later attempting to follow up and still no response. This is not my first bad experience. Last time, they got my review taken down even though I showed evidence and proof what I said was what actually happened. Shady company. Avoid.

On February 8, 2026, I downloaded and started playing the game Farm Block Escape through the Lootably offer wall inside the Star Zodiac app, which is one of Givvy's third-party providers. The information says it takes 24 hours to credit, but so far nothing. Once again, Lootably is being dishonest. Don't play through this trash company. They always fail to credit points for higher-value games, making up a thousand and one lies.

These people are scammers

These people are scammers. You'll literally use your own money to purchase an offer, then nothing. I literally lost $30 trying to make $6. Avoid them with everything. First they tell you, you'll get your rewards after 24hrs, but when you reach out after 24hrs, they say it will take 30 days or more.
