A long story with a very happy result
It originally started out with a negative experience. I had previously purchased couch throws from them before and the quality and experience was great. This time around there was a long delay In the delivery and I had difficulty in connecting with them to expedite my order but once I did connect with them they really went the extra mile to ensure my order was delivered to my front door. So much so that I would definitely purchase from them again because the quality of their products are superior in quality.

Dreadful FunnyFuzzy in liquidation
Two orders not received anything, tracking information invalid, now ignoring emails after I’ve requested refund. Clearly and unfortunately looking at reviews after the event this is a dreadful company with dreadful product. To add insult to injury I’m being bombarded with social media and junk emails. No doubt I will get no joy, probably a flaky email response like all others complaining on this forum. Disgusting!!

Scam website?
Purchased at eur.funnyfuzzy.com. Waiting for order to be implemented. They just confirmed the order almost 3 weeks ago but have not confirmed anything is sent. I contacted support twice at support(at)eur.funnyfuzzy.com but have received no answer. So far I believe this is a scam as nothing has been done to implement my order #FF1687EU nor have I received reply from their support.

Excellent service
I couldn't fault this team. There was a considerable delay in receiving the ramp. Circumstances beyond their control. Their communication was excellent, open and honest. Unfortunately my dog baulked at the ramp so I am using it as a stool and side table. I also received a gift card as compensation.

I love the merchandise. I ordered on nov 18th and did not get the package to mid january. I just received another email yesterday Feb 8 which looks like they are sending me another package which i did not order

Customer Support vanished when trying to return
I have bought quote a few things successfully. My recent order of sofa covers unfortunately I am not keeping but weeks of requesting information for returning and refunding with no reply. Very disappointing and off putting to purchase anything else. No response from my numerous emails.

It took 3 months to get my beds
It took 3 months to get my beds. The quality is terrible. I spent way too much for poor quality pet beds.

Steps for Dog.
The steps arrived and we put the pad in the cover. All is good. Just my smart dog is afraid of them. Will be working with her to learn how to use.

Couch 6 piece covet
