Refused to refund me for an item that was missing from my order, even though I was a member for months. Deleted my membership straight away.

I’m placed an online order with…DoorDash
I’m placed an online order with DoorDash. My food was picked up yet. The driver canceled my order and I received a text that the restaurant was unable to “fulfill my order” and when I spoke to the restaurant in actuality, the driver had picked up my food and then canceled my order. Therefore stealing food and inconveniencing the customer.

I purchased from Tory Burch and they sent me through doordash they sent me the package in wrong address they left it in the street and send me photo of prof of delivered.. I contacted Tory Burch and they made reship and then doordash again sent it to very weird place and they sent me that they delivered it Where is my package??? Did u steal it or what ???

DoorDash is convenient but the quality…
DoorDash is convenient but the quality of drivers has gone down hill. Many times, items are missing such as drinks. Don’t ever order a drink with your food. 80% of the time, you won’t get it. At least from my experience. It’s not even worth the hassle contacting the driver or the store to get the missing items. For their high fees, the service should be better.

I really don’t want to rate door dash their horrible customer service and always trying to get over on the customers they over drafting my account by taking unauthorized payments for dash pass that I Don’t even have they also keep trying to take money from my 13 year old son

Never got my food or a refund
Never got my food or a refund . Delivered to wrong address was told they could not go back and get food or deliver a replacement. Very bad customer service from Doordash. I would recommend another service. $45.00 worth of food ordered NOT RECIEVED/NO REFUND. please don't order from them horrible service with no regards to customer service

DD won’t refund for order errors
I paid for dash pass. Almost every order I had ordered had an issue. From large bones in my food when bones weren’t supposed to be there, missing items from what was ordered, and incorrect smaller sized items given vs what I paid for. Door Dash refused to refund me for the latest incorrect item size received - pictures sent clearly showing wrong size sent 4 times. I disputed their denial and was told no refund due to past order issues on my account. So I am not getting the refund difference back, I asked and was told “ Do read and adhere thefollowing statements provided above, Please understand as well that we also have limitations and still follow the policy of DoorDash. This is also indicated on the Terms and Conditions provided in the app when you signed up for an account with us, It indicated in Section 11, Paragraph B that DoorDash has no obligation to provide refunds or credits but may grant them, in each case at DoorDash's sole Discretion. Since then I have provided you all the information towards your case, I will end the chat and assist other customers.” ****So buyer beware, they can totally not refund you for mistakes by the dasher or restaurant. And they won’t prorate a dash pass refund if canceled.
