Waterdrop has great customer service
Waterdrop has great customer service, I purchased a Water pitcher with low TDS and then when I went to order a new filter I found that they had discontinued the pitcher and filter. After contacting support they shipped me a new 'fancier" pitcher that is actually powered and pumps the water out of the pitcher. This is really nice for my wife who has a hard time lifting the other pitcher so great customer service and a little upgrade to boot.

I had an excellent experience waterdrop customer service
I had an excellent experience with Waterdrop’s customer service. Doreen was incredibly helpful in diagnosing a TDS value issue with my unit and quickly arranged a replacement RO filter. After following the installation and flushing instructions, my system is working perfectly again with a TDS reading of 15. I truly appreciate the professional and efficient support!

Best RO Home Water device on the…
Best RO Home Water device on the market. Very high quality, we will never go back to tap water. Customer Service is the best. Been using ours (800G) for a year with no issues. I installed it and found the instructions very well written. Highly Recommend. Shout out to Krystal in CS for helping us with a replacement part that I accidentally broke, shipped it out in 2 days, no charge!

Sanusha M, "Customer Service," I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR KIND & CALM NATURE.. YOU SO MUCH DESERVE A DBL RAISE, BY A LONG SHOT.. If ever they tried to get rid of you, they would lose the best customer service I've ever encountered.. WHY DOES SHE DESERVE A DBL RAISE, I'M GOING TO TELL YOU..I WAS SO OUT OF LINE & IRATE WHEN I CALLED IT'S BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 40 MIN'S BEFORE IT GOT ANSWERED... So as far as the Company, Personally, I can't quite give too much of a review on the behalf of their way. Because, it was them that made me call for help in first place. It's THIS PARTICULAR, Customer Service Agent, that took my verbal abuse stuck it out with me & got me through it all! THANK YOU AGAIN, "Sanusha M". The Co. has advanced so much in their Great Product, a, "filtered pitcher," that of course, I'm such a cheapskate, I picked the cheapest one. Which is probably their 1st product & made it very difficult to find the right filters.
