rewards for lvl 8 but not for lvl 11 ..
I didnt receive my rewards for lvl 8 and lvl 11 but I completed lvl 12. I contacted Tapjoy : they accept to give me diamonds for lvl 8 but not for lvl 11 : what ? where is the logic ? unacceptable !

Infuriating and shameful
Every time I try an offer, the rewards stop after the third or fourth level, even though I complete several more. When I contact support about it they send a generic “requirements set by the offer’s Advertiser and / or our Terms of Service were not met” message despite me providing evidence of properly completing the offer.There is never any actual communication, and any attempt to get further information just restarts the automated loop asking for the evidence again, which I provide, then the system just re-spits out the same generic message. After looking through some of the other reviews here I see this is the standard operating procedure of this company. They just bombard you with automated responses until you give up, and they will NEVER actually say what “requirement” you didn’t meet because it’s a lie. And surprise, surprise! Another canned response with absolutely no information! Despicable. If it weren’t so frustrating, it would almost be funny how comically inept they are at covering up their scams. Oh, you “investigated” the issue and found requirements weren’t met? Funny how in these hundreds of “investigations” they can’t actually provide a single example of an unmet requirement. Sad and pathetic that our society allows companies like this to exist just to prey on people.
