The fact that several surveys stop…
The fact that several surveys stop without valid reason. For example, I wasted 30 minutes of my time answering a survey, only to see a message saying I wasn't qualified.

I look forward
I look forward, while opening my computer in the morning, to opening "Prime Opinion", and then finding I have the opportunity to do seventeen surveys, and when I open the first one, and get screened out, then there is six left to do, once I open one and get screened out, there is one left to do. My question is: how is one able to earn 100 points per day, when some days I am not even able to complete one!

Poor support: I lost €20 on a featured offer and they refuse to credit me.
I am writing this to warn other users about my experience with Prime Opinion. In February 2026, I completed the "ViperWin" offer through their platform, which required a deposit of €20. I followed every instruction, completed the task, and have all the proof (receipts and screenshots).Despite this, the points were never credited. When I contacted support, I was met with a generic, automated response stating that their "partner" did not track the offer and therefore they cannot do anything.This is unacceptable. If Prime Opinion hosts an offer on their app that requires users to spend real money, they should take responsibility when their tracking system fails. Effectively, I am out €20 and they are hiding behind "tracking policies."I requested a manual credit as a gesture of goodwill since I provided clear evidence of the transaction, but I was ignored. It is paradoxical that they care more about their "AI privacy" (they even removed a post where I shared the chat) than about a paying customer's financial loss.I expect a human representative to look into my case and credit the missing points manually. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to avoid any offers on this platform that require a deposit.

I have already filed a formal complaint on 'Reclame Aqui' (the leading consumer rights platform in Brazil) and, if this is not resolved immediately, I will share my experience and warn my followers across all my social media channels.I demand the points I rightfully earned for my time and data.
