Frustrated Multi-Year Customer
I absolutely hate writing bad reviews. We've been a customer for multiple years.The FiveStars software, itself, is ok and better than most out on the market. The problem is corporate American and thinking businesses who operate at razor thin margins can afford high monthly subscription fees and make it difficult to cancel subscriptions or hold them to auto-renewing contracts. To make matters worse, the contract is written, as many are, on a rolling 12-month cycle and you MUST call/email to cancel your subscription BEFORE the rolling date or you are on the hook for another year. This is SOLELY setup to benefit FiveStars and not customers. IF the company lived by its name and made effort to provide 5-star level service to customers, it would automatically renew for month-to-month subscription service giving customer options when POS systems forced updates that make the FiveStars software incompatible. While FiveStars customer rep did offer me 50% my next billing cycle and to pro-rate my last month of my contract -- it was insufficient since the software is INCOMPATIBLE with Clover Station Duo recent updates. Profits above customer service.It is truly disappointing.

Honest Review
Honest Review The product itself is ok . What’s being provided vs price per month is very unbalanced . It’s a couple cheap tablets and a system that allows you to text your clients . Really simple programming However if you need a to cancel or any problems be prepared to go down a rabbit hole of bullshit . It’s easier to get out of a timeshare than it is to close your never ending contract .

Happy family BobaI absolutely love the Happy Family qq boba tea at Sharetea. I come here a lot and it doesn’t disappoint me any time. The Sharetea at Tahama Ridge Pkwy makes the best boba out of all the locations I tried. My standard order is Happy family boba, red bean substituted with Crystal boba and custard substituted with lychee jelly, No ice, standard sugar.

Tired system that never grew or…
Tired system that never grew or developed, now they just milk it for subscription fees. Difficult to cancel, took 3 calls, and then they insist they will charge me for a further 30 day period AFTER the current one. our business used this software for 6 years, never really well, and I caution other busineses to think carefully before they take on a system like this. 1. Customers treated points like a retirement sytem and never used them. You end up with regular customers with huge points balances - what do you do? It's a mess. 2. The company was lazy with their software. Nothing changed, nothing improved, no new features were ever added. 3.

I am with this company about 7 years…
I am with this company about 7 years and lately the start getting greedy .They started raising prices on services .Then I wanted to cancel my service with them thay told me sam bullshit about a have to wait one year before I can cancel this service . My advice to Avery body stay away from this company .

This company runs on empty promises and no help at all. They promised a menu back guarantee and then refused to honor it when they did absolutely nothing to improve business. This company is not one of honor and a waste of money!
