Wow what a great product and works…

Wow what a great product and works perfectly, I have a duo bird feeder which was ordered direct from Birdfy but there was just one small problem, not to worry as I contacted the customer support and advised them that a part was missing (y usb splitter) they sent out a replacement asap and even put a product issue email to all their customers to advise them of a possible missing part which was missing in the packaging process. Fair play to the Birdfy team!

Solar power is poor

We love the feeder - when it works. The camera is sketchy at best. The solar panel system is weak. A few cloudy days and it’s done. We’ve had out feeder for a few years and now it’s totally dead. Won’t take a charge. Nothing. Our nesting box - same. Poor solar power. We have to replace the feeder. We’re hoping that you’ve improved the solar and the reliability of the camera

Great bird camera, but even better Customer Service

We had an issue with a bird camera we order for Christmas as a present for my in-laws. After they received an empty USPS package, I contacted Birdfy and I could not be more impressed with the service I received. They took down some information and promptly sent a replacement.The camera is unbelievable, they keep sending us pictures of all their visitors. So much, that we decided to order our own, we just need to wait for the snow to melt so that we can get it set up.
