A waste of my time
I signed up, paid for a year, and scheduled my first zoom/vet appointment for today. There’s a $25 penalty if the customer does not show. So I was early, waited the entire length of the supposed meeting, and then past it, and yet the vet never showed up. Customer Care number does not answer. Terrible service! If they’re going to fine you for not showing up, they should have the obligation of showing up themselves.

Love the care we have received from Dr. Weckel for our dogs and cat! Very thorough discussing treatment options and best recommendations. Quick responses and plan for follow up. We can tell she truly cares about animals. Only issue was delayed shipping of expedited meds, but probably due to the weather more than the company.

Very polite, well dressed, answered any questions I had, took the time to listen to my questions and answer them in a way that I understood and the visit went very smoothly and I felt comfortable. He also eased my worry and the fact that I didn’t have to wait any extra days we did it at 9:10 PM EST. I appreciate that too because I was worried about my cat. Definitely worth the subscription or whatever you wanna call it.Highly recommended the only issue I didn’t care for personally was some of the questions when you’re signing up I had no clue how to answer them so I did my best.

I signed up for Klarna and wasn’t able…
I signed up for Klarna and wasn’t able to log on. They told me it was a two hour wait for customer service so I signed up again through Florida paid again so now I’ve paid like $76 and still can’t log on and still can’t reach customer service or get a response back horrible absolutely horrible website and customer service

My year as a customer never once did
My year as a customer never once did, we get a true visit w/vet. They only have increments of 10mins per visit for tele visits not enough time to diagnose your animal. I missed 3 of 4 visits and charged for all 3. I feel like the email should ask for you to log in 20 to 30 mins early ask that you load zoom. Cancelling today and would not recommend to anyone. I would not even give them 1 star only did so I can advise ppl they are a Scam.

Dr.Smith was absolutely wonderful ! The appointment was quick and easy . She listened to our concerns and got a great look at our dogs skin through our zoom call and prescribed medications to relieve our poor pups itching . This is a wonderful service for a very busy family . Thank you so much for!

What a scam!
What a scam. The vet wrote a script and put it in my cart for a future purchase if the OTC recommendation didn’t work. A few days later the script was automatically ordered and charged my card. The support at Dutch is so bad they just closed my refund request without response. All this subscription does is push overpriced prescriptions. That’s how they make money.
