I ordered this product as a one-time…
I ordered this product as a one-time test you change that into a subscription I tried multiple times to cancel the order to know avail today I get a notice that it has shipped please cancel any future shipments and I will be in touch with you for a refund

This product is AMAZING
This product is AMAZING! I have struggled with my senior dog and her itching for at least 2 years. We tried several products, probiotics and other itch and allergy chews, Apoquel and injections, all to no avail. However, after 2 weeks my dog's itching is 99% gone! I need to work on the inflammation left over from her licking, but TBH I've only seen her lick on her hind leg once.Many, many thank yous for providing much needed relief to my dog.

Have been giving my dog Gabe the regular Itch Relief Chews for the more than a year...He's doing very well with them...Am on auto'ship, so far so good👍

Buddy
The product is very good but our boy, Buddy died on January 6, of this year. I contacted your office and yall STILL sent an order and kept soliciting us. I contacted you and returned the order. It took another contact to get our refund. It HURTS to lose a pet of 12 years. Please be more compassionate to those in the future

Had a terrible experience. beware. Hidden Subscription
Had a terrible experience with this company. Nt only did their product not work? but they automatically renew it . READ THE INFINITELY TINY PRINT. ( in fact , the return policy they list on one website is different from the return policy they list on another website. And then of course the website in which they do not accept returns is the one that is most current --- etc. etc. Such a tangled web I had to fight my way through) And when you want to cancel it, they make it almost impossible. If their product was good they would not have to swindle you to get your business. And when you figure out what they are doing? You are stuck paying for unwanted product while they evade you or make excuses. I closed down my credit card today. Good luckupdate: I did finally get refunded, and hopefully my subscription cancelled. (That part remains to be seen.)Ps: I read their review. I stand by my version of the facts. the most important if which is IN THE LAST FEW SENTENCES OF THEIR REVIEW.
