I had been charged for a 2 years…
I had been charged for a 2 years subscription and one month subscription. The reason was one of my emails didn’t work when I wanted to log in so I used another one but in between I got charged with 2 account and just 5 minutes ago the support service from M. López was really helpful. I really appreciate the fast response and support thank you again.

Unable to connect in China. Highly ineffective.
I purchased Nord VPN a few days before leaving for a trip to China, and paid an additional fee for a dedicated IP address. First impressions in my home country were positive - almost as if no VPN was engaged, with no buffering of video streaming, for example. In international hotels in China, the experience was the same, but when moving to other domestic, business and public WiFi networks, which would form the majority of my access points during my visit, it proved entirely useless! I was not even able to establish a connection, despite attempting to log into multiple different servers. Fortunately, I had also taken out a subscription to another VPN service I had previously used in China, which worked perfectly in the past and on this occasion provided essential backup.I had previously seen YouTube videos by social media content creators, based in China, extolling the virtues of Nord VPN. My experience was not the same. It has proved to be a waste of money and I am pleased I only took out a one month subscription. I’ll be checking if Nord will honour its 30 day money-back guarantee.

Been using Nord for two months now and almost all of the servers have worked a treat, every server works and still give plenty of speed, regardless of location.Had an issue with auto-renew, and a double charge on my bank account (that I now realize was likely my mistake at the time), even though I used the same account on the Google App Store that was used when buying directly through them originally.Spoke to Matías Tobar through their live chat and they were very helpful, even going so far as explaining the issue very clearly to let me know what went wrong originally and ensure it doesn't happen again.The tl;dr is that I was charged twice and had issues with auto renewal, but the support is stellar and resolved my issues quickly for me.If you need a VPN, Nord likely have some of the best servers for you to use with no real hinderance to your online browsing, or even gaming. If you have any issues when using Nord, their support chat are very good and know what they're talking about.
