Trial experience

I tried the 7-day trial for this marketing tool. The product itself seems pretty good, even though the trial version was quite limited in features and daily search time.However the sales team was way too pushy...After I canceled and told them I decided not to proceed, they kept bombarding me with follow-up emails and phone calls, even after I explained my reasons. It got really frustrating!Overall, it’s a decent product that's worth trying at least, but the aggressive sales tactics really put me off.

Terrible Support

Support from this service leaves much to be desired. We contacted their support team three times and never received a single response. Several weeks have already passed.We also tried reaching out to their AI chatbot, but it simply advised us to contact support—which, as mentioned, does not respond.The issue we are unable to resolve makes it impossible to use the service at all. It’s very disappointing that support is not helping to move the issue toward a solution.

This app is a POS they non stop spam my email and when i try to delete my account with them it says i dont even have one and the person sending emails from this stupid company is someone different every time so even if i block them i just keep on getting these stupid worthless emails, most pea brained comapany ever. DO NOT SIGN UP
