This company is the best
This company is the best, genetator works great its mainly used as a ups for my internet, wifi calling bc without it we have no communications. Customer Service is quick to respond to any question you may have.

Prompt response to question and good units.
I submitted a question about features in order to select a unit that would meet my needs. I received a prompt response with the needed information. I now have two units (Explorer 2000). They work well and appear very well built.

We made an exchange and it was very…
We made an exchange and it was very easy.I bought a unit and a week after that I saw a butter unit at Costco and it had solor panels with it . I asked if I could send the unit that we bought the week prior and purchase the system at Costco. The sales person said it shouldn't be a problem and it wasn't. Very happy Jackery owner.
