Didn’t ask for it every time I try to cancle it won’t let me says I’m within my payment bracket contact support. The savings are l as that monthly payment.

I will never be using uber again they over charged and even if you reserve a ride they won’t send it so you have to order and new more expensive one but my final straw is no customer service reps I will neverrrr deal their ridiculous ai help again it’s completely useless

They scam you with their membership
This company is scamming us with Uber One. Once you activate the free trial, it's impossible to cancel. When you try to cancel the subscription, you always get an error message. You contact their support, and they keep repeating that it's already canceled, but it isn't. I'd say there's no real person answering the chat; it's just a bot. I had to block Uber to stop them from charging me. I don't recommend Uber to anyone; they're scammers.

Charged when I didn't cancel
Ordered an Uber pet taxi. Driver was still 9mins away then they suddenly cancelled. I didn't really mind as we had asked for a car for our tiny breed dog also. But the driver cancelled the job and then charged us a cancellation fee! I reported this and waiting for my refund but that is basic theft as far as I can see 😡 wonder if this was a mistake? But doubtful, they were nowhere near my home when they cancelled it.

I’m uber driver and uber blocked my account saying somebody left bad feedback on new year day without sharing any details with me, I asked them so many times what is going on but every time their reply is senior security team is investigating, that’s how badly they treat drivers.

Booked and pre paid an uber from Kilmacud to Sydney parade on Sunday morning 1130 on 11/1/26. We were out on time and I asked him to drop me on the way to Goat Grill on Lwr Kilmacud rd. My friend was going to collect his car from SP.He started complaining saying that his route said to go via Stillorgan and this would need paid for as another journey etc etc. I told him i had paid and passing by the Goat was not a detour as it is on the way to Donnybrook etc. Driver was very rude and difficult.I had to remind him that the taxi was pre paid and to do as he was asked.Don’t book this guy! Ask for someone else.Fed up with Dublin taxi drivers taking the piss out of fares. I am frequent user of uber services
I am frequent user of uber services. on 12/01/2025 Uber charged much more than usual when distance and route is same. No its not drivers fault he simply charged whathe has been adviced by Uber. very strong caasre to approac onsumer court uber did not deserve 1 star but no choice given hence rating as 1 star but for sure worst experience with worst peoples.regards,Vikar Ali

Uber - No Show.
I wish I could give zero stars. This was my first time using Uber, and it couldn’t have gone worse. I needed a ride to the hospital for surgery, so I scheduled my pickup for today, 1/12/26, at 6:20 a.m. Unfortunately, the driver, Lilly, never showed up and didn’t even bother to contact me. What’s even more frustrating is that the app provides no way to reach out to anyone at Uber for assistance. I have difficulty driving in the dark, but because of Uber's failure, I was forced to do so. Now, when I’m discharged, I need to find two people to come get me and my car.They wasted no time charging my credit card $29.97 and then had the audacity to ask for a tip! I called my bank and stopped payment.Next time, I’ll consider walking rather than relying on Uber, as my first experience with will be my last.

They keep accepting the booking…
They keep accepting the booking charging make u waste time and after ages of u waiting cancel. I'm on chemotherapy and is not the first the Time they do this making me late for appointments and doing nothing to rectify what they do. Completely useless and customer service is even worse. Unless u have time to waste I'll use any other company u could think of and leave them as the very last options
